Sydney My Tunes places all reported faulty products through Mutli-Player-System Testing.
Testing process encompasses tests across a broad range of players to provide products meet specifications acceptable for general consumer usage. Products will be replaced upon them not fulfilling ALL testing requirements. Products are sold in a NEW state. Faults due to scratches or wear from use do not constitute as product faults and will not be replaced.
